Your wallpaper comment

I disagree that this wallpaper should be featured. I would not call it top quality by any means. Sure, it is detailed, but that's all it has got. In fact I would not say that is totally a good thing. I think it is TOO detailed to realistically work as a wallpaper. My icons would get lost in all that commotion. Though, the cluttered nature of the wall is not my biggest issue with it. That prize falls to the shading. The shading is simply mediocre. Light does not behave the way it is being portrayed in this piece. The shading definitely needs some work.
Now, do not misunderstand me, I am not bashing the wallpaper itself, rather I think that the artistic skill shown here is fantastic. I applaud the concept, the line art, the way it seems to tell a story, and I even appreciate the time it took for you to add all that glorious detail (detail such as the fact that you drew Oz in tights... love it!). You've done a great job. I am simply disagreeing that this wall deserves to be featured. Bad choice, admin.
